Terroristic threats
RENOVO -- Brandy Myers, 41, of South Renovo, was arrested for terroristic threats and related charges when she threatened to smash her mother's head in with a hammer and threw a brick through her glass window along Clinton Avenue in South Renovo Borough, according to state police at Lamar.
At 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 12, Myers threatened her mother which then led to her throwing a brick through the window, according to police.
The brick being thrown through the window resulted in shards of glass and brick land within two feet of Myers's five-year-old daughter, of South Renovo, police said.
An arrest warrant was issued for Myers where she was then taken into custody and housed in the Clinton County Jail to await arraignment, police said. She was charged with terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and harassment. Charges were filed through District Judge Frank Mills.
Possession of knife
on school property
MILL HALL -- A male juvenile student at Central Mountain High School was arrested for possession of a weapon on school property on March 1, state police at Lamar said.
The student was found in possession of a 4-inch bladed knife, police said.
Criminal trespass
MILL HALL -- A 23-year-old man was cited with criminal trespass on Feb. 17 when he walked into the Sheetz Store, at 288 Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township, after being told not be on the property, according to state police at Lamar.
The man was removed and cited for criminal trespass through District Judge John Maggs's office.
Crash with injury
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar responded to a two-vehicle crash with suspected minor injury along Beech Creek Avenue in Mill Hall Borough.
Keith Peters, 54, of Lock Haven, attempted to negotiate a right turn and lost control of his Ford F-150XLT. He proceeded to slide across both lanes of traffic in the west lane and struck a Mercury Mariner driven by Thomas Hockenberry, 55, of Pleasant Gap, police said.
Hockenberry sustained suspected minor injuries from the crash. Both vehicles had disabling damage and were removed from the scene, police said.
Harassment and
public drunkenness
LAMAR -- Brian Butler, 53, of Lamar, was cited with harassment and public drunkenness along Silver Avenue in Porter Township, according to state police at Lamar.
Butler blocked a neighbor from leaving the driveway and shined a flashlight into the neighbor's house while under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Citations were filed through District Judge John Maggs's office.
DUI
FLEMINGTON -- A 46-year-old man, of Lock Haven, was charged with driving under the influence during a traffic stop at the intersection of High Street and Allison Street in Flemington Borough, according to state police at Lamar.
On Feb. 20, the driver was found unable to properly stay in his lane while operating a 2000 Ford Escort, according to police. He proceeded to travel over the painted lane divider multiple times, police said.
A traffic stop ensued where an investigation determined the driver was intoxicated. Appropriate charges are being filed through District Judge Keith Kibler's office.
Harassment
BEECH CREEK -- A 41-year-old woman, of Beech Creek, was the victim of verbal harassment over the phone along Industrial Park Road in Beech Creek Township on Jan. 16, according to state police at Lamar.
Terroristic threats
BEECH CREEK -- A 35-year-old woman, of Beech Creek, was the victim of terroristic threats when the suspect held an axe and threatened to split her head open along Fairview Street in Beech Creek Borough on Feb. 27, according to state police at Lamar.
The victim refused to cooperate with criminal prosecution and no charges will be filed, police said.
