Drug paraphernalia

SNOW SHOE -- Amy Bressler, 45, of Clarence, was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia at her residence, at 224 Elm Road in Snow Shoe Township, according to state police at Rockview. She had an active warrant out of Centre County when police arrived to her residence on March 17.

Bressler was transported to the Centre County Jail and charges are pending for possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Crash

LOCK HAVEN -- Lock Haven Police Department responded to a crash at the intersection of East Water Street and North Henderson Street at 4:03 p.m. on March 27.

The crash occurred when a vehicle attempted to turn onto North Henderson Street from East Water Street and was struck by another vehicle. The first vehicle was towed from the scene and the operator was cited, police said.

Crash

LOCK HAVEN -- Due to a mechanical failure, on April 2 at 4:58 p.m., a vehicle drifted out of a parking lot at the 7-11, at 840 Bellefonte Ave., and slid into the parking lot of Murray Motors where it struck a retaining wall, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

The driver had parked their vehicle at the 7-11 and got out prior to the crash, according to police.

Hit and run

LOCK HAVEN -- Lock Haven Police Department responded to a hit and run where a vehicle struck another vehicle in the Weis Market's parking lot, 315 W. Bald Eagle St., at 4 p.m. on March 29. The striking driver fled the scene, police said.

Hit and run

LOCK HAVEN -- Between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on March 30, a vehicle that was parked on North Washington Street was sideswiped, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Vehicle struck

LOCK HAVEN -- Between April 1 and April 2, a vehicle was struck while parked in the 300 block of West Fourth Street, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN -- Two unknown juveniles shot at a victim's vehicle with an Orby gun at 5:30 p.m. on March 31, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Multi-vehicle crash

LOCK HAVEN -- At 10:48 a.m. on April 1, a crash occurred after a vehicle was backing out of a parking space in the McDonald's parking lot at 423 Bellefonte Avenue, according to Lock Haven Police Department. In an attempt to avoid being struck, another vehicle, who was in the drive-thru, attempted to back up but backed into a third vehicle, police said.

All vehicles were driven from the scene.

Simple assault

LOCK HAVEN -- A 16-year-old Beech Creek male was charged with simple assault after he got into a fight with a 14-year-old male in the area of Weis Markets, 315 W. Bald Eagle St. on Jan. 23, according to Lock Haven Police Department. The 14-year-old male sustained injuries to his head and face, police said.

Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN -- A 12-year-old Lock Haven male was cited for criminal mischief for intentionally breaking the victim's phone, valued at $39.88 at Hoberman Playground, at 251 E. Park St., Lock Haven, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

DUI

LOCK HAVEN -- Bradley Bilbay, 24, of Lock Haven, was charged with driving under the influence after a road rage incident where he chased a victim from Uncle Albert's Bar to Mill Hall and back to City Hall in Lock Haven, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Bilbay was found to be intoxicated during the incident, police said.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN -- A 15-year-old female was cited with disorderly conduct for starting a fight with two other juvenile females in the area of the skate park at 145 Prospect St. in Lock Haven on March 26, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Harassment

LOCK HAVEN -- A 16-year-old female was cited with harassment after she punched an adult victim in the face in the 100 block of Commerce Street in Lock Haven on March 29, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Burglary, theft and trespass

LOCK HAVEN -- William Hughes, 35, of Lock Haven, was arrested for burglary, defiant trespass and theft after he entered a residence in the 900 block of Bellefonte Avenue on April 1, where he had previously been trespassed from and drank three alcoholic beverages he was not privileged to take, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness

LOCK HAVEN -- Laura Mikitko, 37, of Mill Hall, was cited with disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness in the block of West Bald Eagle Street, according to Lock Haven Police Department. Mikitko was found under the influence of alcohol and was yelling profanities and threw a glass liquor bottle at a victim, police said.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN -- Vadim Heverly, 34, of Lock Haven, was cited with disorderly conduct after he got into a verbal altercation with a victim in the 10 block of West Bald Eagle Street on April 3, according to Lock Haven Police Department.

Theft of catalytic converters

MILL HALL -- Three catalytic converters were cut off of three vehicles at 7436 Nittany Valley Drive in Mill Hall, according to Mill Hall Police Department.

The actor(s) used battery operated saws and crawled under one Kia and two Honda SUVs where converters were cut from, police said. The total loss is near $6,000, police said.

Police are investigating.
