Criminal mischief

RENOVO -- Between May 5 and May 8, an incident of criminal mischief occurred where a Hyundai excavator, belonging to PennDOT, had two panels of glass on it's cabin broken at the intersection of Halls Run Road and Petes Run Road in Noyes Township, according to state police at Lamar. The damages were valued at $1,000, police said.

Physical harassment

AVIS -- A 25-year-old woman, of Avis, and a 33-year-old man, of Avis, were arrested for physical harassment when a domestic violence incident took place at a single family residence along Falls Drive in Pine Creek Township on May 7, according to state police at Lamar.

The two individuals were charged with harassment for unwanted physical contact against each other, police said.

Defiant trespass

LOCKPORT -- Stephanie Ann Hamilton, 41, of Lock Haven, has a warrant out for her arrest for defiant trespass when she entered upon the property belonging to C&P Development, LLC, at the Crist Trailer Park in Dunnstown on May 4, according to Woodward Township Police. She was served a notice that she was banned from the property, police said.

Assault with knife

BELLEFONTE -- Rony Lopez, 63, of Pleasant Gap, was arrested for assaulting his son, a 33-year-old man, of Pleasant Gap, by slicing his hand with a knife during a domestic incident at 276 West College Avenue in Benner Township on April 30, according to state police at Rockview. The arrestee sliced his son's hand with a kitchen knife when an argument between them escalated, police said.

Charges of aggravated assault and harassment were filed.

Criminal mischief

ZION – A 2000 Chevrolet van belonging to a 34-year-old man, of Bellefonte, was shot sometime between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on April 27 at 132 Shady Farm Lane in Walker Township, according to state police at Rockview.

DUI-crash with injury

RENOVO -- Zane Horne, 23, of Meyersdale, was arrested for a DUI-related crash at the intersection of Halls Run Road and Swamp Branch Road in Noyes Township, where he rolled over his 2017 Ford F-250 Supercab on May 6, according to state police at Lamar.

During the investigation, police determined Horne was under the influence of alcoholic beverages at the time of the crash.

He was transported to Bucktail Medical Center for treatment of possible minor injuries, police said.

Police are also searching for a missing firearm that was lost during the crash.

According to police, a black Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol with serial number HDP1159, valued at $500, went missing, police said.

Paraphernalia possession

BELLEFONTE -- A 21-year-old State College man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at the intersection of Benner Pike and Stonecrest Drive in Benner Township on May 5, according to state police at Rockview.

The paraphernalia was seized and the suspect was released from the scene pending charges.
