Harassment
LOGANTON -- Julia Hamilton, 28, of Boalsburg, was cited for physical harassment of her boyfriend, 32, of State College, when she allegedly struck him multiple times at a residence along East Winter Road in Greene Township on July 5, according to state police at Lamar.
Injuries were observed on the victim consistent with the involved party's account, police said.
Crash with serious injuries
LOGANTON -- Christopher Johnson, 51, of Watsontown, was life flighted to UPMC Williamsport for serious injuries as a result of crashing a 2007 Saturn Ion into a tree along Rockey Road in Greene Township, according to state police at Lamar.
Johnson was traveling west on Rockey Road and failed to negotiate a right curve in the roadway, police said. He continued through the intersection of North Hopple Hollow Road and struck the tree at the 12 o'clock position where the vehicle came to a final stop, police said.
Crash with injuries
LAMAR -- Two occupants of a 2022 Ford Bronco sustained minor injuries due to a crash along Interstate 80 in Porter Township, according to state police at Lamar.
At 12:30 p.m. on June 27, the operator of the vehicle, Karen Savits, 29, of Williamsport, was in the left lane when a sudden downpour caused her to lose control and travel off the north roadside, police said. She continued down an embankment and impacted a hedge/shrub row with the front portion of the vehicle, police said.
The vehicle was disabled from the crash and was towed from the scene by Tressler's Towing. Both Savits and her passenger, a 9-year-old boy, of Williamsport, sustained minor injuries, police said.
Medical treatment was refused at the scene, police said.
