Disorderly conduct
and related offenses
LOCK HAVEN -- Megan Taylor, 23, of Bloomsburg, and Kerstein Dailey, 26, of Jersey Shore, were arrested for disorderly conduct and related offenses on Aug. 11 at about 12 a.m., according to Lock Haven Police.
Taylor and Dailey went to a residence in the 600 block of East Bald Eagle Street where they were allegedly "beating" on the victim's door, attempting to get the victim to come outside to fight, police said.
Both Taylor and Dailey then pulled their pants down and urinated in the victim's car port, police said.
Strangulation and simple assault
LOCK HAVEN -- Dylan Proctor, 30, of Blanchard, was arrested for strangulation, simple assault and harassment for a domestic dispute that turned physical on Aug. 14, according to Lock Haven Police.
Proctor allegedly laid his forearm on the victim's neck to the point that she was unable to breathe. This occurred several times as well as covering the victim's nose and mouth with his hand, police said.
Disorderly conduct
LOCK HAVEN -- Jamie Dershem, 33, of Lock Haven, Cheyanne Litz, 20, of Lock Haven, and a 15-year-old Lock Haven female were all cited for disorderly conduct on Aug. 12, where the three allegedly engaged in a verbal/physical dispute with each other in the 500 block of Linden Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Burglary
LOCK HAVEN -- Sean Yarrish, 41, Heather Strouse, 37, both of Lock Haven, were arrested for burglary and related charges for allegedly robbing a residence in the 100 block of Mill Street between May 15 and Aug. 7, according to Lock Haven Police.
Yarrish and Strouse allegedly entered the residence when they were not authorized to be there and took a TV, microwave and other household items, police said. The total value of the items taken was between $200 and $2,000.
Discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure
LOCK HAVEN -- William Shultz, 70, of Lock Haven, was arrested for discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and recklessly endangering another person at approximately 10:01 a.m. on May 24, according to Lock Haven Police.
Shultz allegedly discharged his Glock 19 9mm pistol into the floor of his second story apartment, while attempting to take the firearm apart, police said. The first-floor apartment was occupied at the time.
Trespassing
LOCK HAVEN -- Nikki Stahl, 44, of Lock Haven, was arrested for criminal trespass after entering the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza on Aug. 18 after having been served a trespass notice for the property, according to Lock Haven Police.
DUI
LOCK HAVEN -- A 53-year-old Lock Haven man was arrested for driving under the influence following a domestic incident on July 14, according to Lock Haven Police.
Officers were dispatched to the domestic, where the man was allegedly intoxicated. While responding, they were told that he had left in a vehicle.
Officers located him and initiated a traffic stop, during which the stop officers found him to be allegedly intoxicated, police said.
DUI
LOCK HAVEN -- A 49-year-old Lock Haven man was arrested for driving under the influence on July 9, according to Lock Haven Police.
Officers were dispatched to a possibly intoxicated male attempting to leave the area in his vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on him.
During the stop, he was found to be intoxicated, police said.
DUI crash
LOCK HAVEN -- Anthony Brungard, 42, of Flemington, was arrested for driving under the influence after a two-vehicle accident took place in the parking lot of 198 Shamrock Street on July 21, according to Lock Haven Police.
Police responded to the accident where Brungard was the driver of the first vehicle, the make and model not listed.
Brungard allegedly attempted to leave the parking lot and hit another vehicle which was parked, police said.
While officers were conducting the accident investigation, Brungard was found to be intoxicated, police said.
Criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN -- Between Aug. 4 and Aug. 7, 11 windows were broken at Murray Motors at 910 Bellefonte Ave., according to Lock Haven Police.
Theft
LOCK HAVEN -- On Aug. 11, it was reported that firewood and a pallet were taken from a residence in the 100 block of Prospect Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Bike theft
LOCK HAVEN -- On Aug. 21, a bike was stolen from a porch in the 10 block of East Water Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Hit and run
LOCK HAVEN -- On Aug. 20, it was discovered that a fence post was hit by a vehicle in the area of the 300 block of East Bald Eagle Street, according to Lock Haven Police. No information was left by the striking vehicle.
Hit and run
LOCK HAVEN -- Between Aug. 19 and Aug. 21, a street sign was struck and knocked over in the 300 block of South Jones Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
