LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Melissa M. Spicer, of Bellefonte, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol, waived for court.

-- Hunter Mathias Parker, of Lock Haven, charged with driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, strangulation-applying pressure to the throat or neck, and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

-- Roger Travis Waltz, of Williamsport, charged with receiving advance payment for services and failing to perform, and theft by deception-false impression, waived for court.

-- Joshua Paul Askins, of Jersey Shore, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, and retail theft-alter label/price marking, waived for court.

-- Matthew J. Winchell, of Mill Hall, charged with endangering welfare of children-parent/guardian/other commits offense and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

-- James Michael Swartz, of Mill Hall, charged with materially false written statement-purchase, delivery, transfer or firearm, and statement under penalty, waived for court.

-- Shamaar Stefon Vancol, of DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-1st offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

-- Tara Michelle Lalonde, of Lock Haven, charged with kidnapping of a minor-interfere with public official, kidnapping of a minor-facilitate felony/flight, interference with custody of children and concealment of whereabouts of child, waived for court.

-- Mark Richard Hatterer, Jr., of North Bend, charged with making repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

-- Nathan J. Lullo, of Renovo, charged with unlawful dissemination of intimate image and harassment-communication lewd, threatening, etc. language, waived for court.

-- Tyrease Kaiden Williams, of Lock Haven, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person and vehicle operation to avoid ID/inspection, waived for court.

-- Mark Richard Hatterer, Jr., of North Bend, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, waived for court.

-- Antonio Enrique Kelly, of Altoona, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

-- Nikki Lynn Stahl, of Mill Hall, charged with defiant trespass actual communication to, waived for court.

-- Javon Basile Graham, of South Williamsport, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, escape, evading arrest or detention on foot, resist arrest/other law enforcement, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, false identification to law enforcement officer, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, driving at safe speed, disregard traffic lane (single), fail to keep right, careless driving, reckless driving, duties at stop sign and improper sunscreening, waived for court.

-- Horace Lee Staton, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with false imprisonment, withdrawn; and harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic.
