Indecent exposure
McELHATTAN -- State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of indecent exposure at the Clinton County Correctional Facility which took place on Aug. 21.
Prison assault
McELHATTAN -- A 59-year-old male inmate, of McElhattan, made a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) report against other inmates at the Clinton County Correctional Facility, according to state police at Lamar. The incident allegedly took place on July 8.
Marijuana possession
MILL HALL -- An 18-year-old Central Mountain High School student, of Lock Haven, was charged with possession of a marijuana smoking device at the high school along Keystone Central Drive in Bald Eagle Township on Sept. 7, according to state police at Lamar.
Charges were filed through District Judge John Maggs.
Two-vehicle crash
MILL HALL -- Alaina Cane, 18, of Bellefonte, crashed her 2008 Dodge Nitro into another vehicle driven by Jessica Diehl, 34, of Howard, after not slowing down for traffic along Lusk Run Road in Bald Eagle Township, according to state police at Lamar.
At 8:19 a.m. on Sept. 12, Cane struck the 6 o'clock position of Diehl's 2021 Subaru Forester after allegedly not slowing down, causing moderate damage. Disabling damage was caused to Cane's vehicle. No occupants in the crash were injured and Martin Motors and Keystone Central School Resource officers assisted on the scene, police said.
Crash with injury
MILL HALL -- Noah Probst, 25, of Mill Hall, allegedly sustained minor injuries from a crash along Mill Hall Road in Bald Eagle Township, according to state police at Lamar.
At 2:03 a.m. on Sept. 10, Probst attempted to negotiate a right curve on the 220 South, 109 exit ramp and struck his 2005 Jeep Cherokee into a guide rail on Mill Hall Road, police said.
Probst allegedly then fled the scene and was located a short time later. No injuries were reported.
Mill Hall Volunteer Fire Company and Martin Motors Towing assisted on the scene.
Endangering the welfare of children
RAUCHTOWN -- Kayla Pickering, 25, of Jersey Shore, was allegedly charged with endangering the welfare of a 5-year-old female juvenile and a 3-year-old female juvenile, both of Renovo, along Davidson Road in Crawford Township on Sept. 8, according to state police at Lamar.
Crash
RENOVO -- Lesa Jenkins, 65, of Uniontown, OH, allegedly lost control of her 2013 Hyundai Elantra and crashed into a ditch off of Tamarack Road in Leidy Township, according to state police at Lamar.
At 3:07 p.m. on Sept. 10, Jenkins left the road while traveling southbound and went into a small gravel ditch on the right side of the roadway, police said. The vehicle proceeded to lose control and ultimately struck a mailbox, police said.
No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene via Walk's Service Center.
