LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Robert Lee Aungst, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with indecent assault without consent of other, waived for court.

-- Joshua Lee Furl, of Beech Creek, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury to designated individuals, resist arrest/other law enforcement, disorderly conduct engage in fighting, criminal mischief - damage property, and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, waived for court.

-- Renee Elizabeth Getz, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, driving unregistered vehicle and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Nathaniel L. Baney, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury to designated individuals, assault by prisoner-deadly force/weapon, and criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

-- Rebecca Jo Guthrie, of Brockway, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

-- Matthew Damien Bartek, of Madera, charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and driving with suspended license, waived for court.

-- Jon M. Long, of Lock Haven, charged with three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

-- Stefan V. Dunn, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, and DUI: high rate of alcohol-1st offense, waived for court.

-- Gilbert Joseph Stevenson, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered, held for court.

-- Samuel A. Zuback, Jr., of Blanchard, charged with defiant trespass actual communication to, waived for court.

-- Kiana Ashley Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with hinder apprehension/prosecution - harbor or conceal, withdrawn.

-- Jessie Wade Simcox, of Mill Hall, charged with false report-falsely incriminating another, false reports-reported offense that did not occur, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, withdrawn; and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense, moved to non-traffic.

-- Kyle Christopher Begnoche, of Broad Brook, Conn., strangulation-applying pressure to the throat or neck, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.
