Endangering welfare of child
LOCK HAVEN -- David Mason Danneker, 30, of Lock Haven, and Amanda Joyce Fitzpatrick, 30, of Lock Haven, were arrested for allegedly endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 16, according to Lock Haven Police.
At approximately 4:49 p.m., officers responded to the playground area at 720 East Bald Eagle Street for an alleged 5-year-old juvenile male chasing other juveniles with a knife. Danneker and Fitzpatrick were the parents of the juvenile with the knife and both had been asleep during the incident, police said.
Indecent assault
LOCK HAVEN -- A 15-year-old male juvenile, of Lock Haven, was arrested for indecent assault where he allegedly touched a victim's breast without her consent when she got off the school bus in the area of 610 East Bald Eagle Street on Sept. 18, according to Lock Haven Police.
Indecent exposure
LOCK HAVEN -- Tyron Quartman, 37, of Williamsport, was arrested for indecent exposure at the Save-A-Lot in Lock Haven at about 7:41 p.m. on Sept. 21, according to Lock Haven Police.
Quartman was allegedly intoxicated in the store and refused to leave, police said. He eventually did leave the store and allegedly proceeded to "wave" his genitals around outside of the store, police said.
Assault of a law
enforcement officer
LOCK HAVEN -- Taylor Franklin Miller Jr, 31, Lock Haven, was arrested for assault of a law enforcement officer on Sept. 30 after Lock Haven Police Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 10 block of Spring Street in Lock Haven.
Miller had been detained during the investigation, police said. He was placed in the back of a patrol car, at one point when the officer went to close the car door, Miller allegedly kicked the officer in the chest and spit blood and saliva on the officer.
Tampering with physical
evidence and drug possession
LOCK HAVEN -- Stephen Lee Heverly Jr, 37, of Lock Haven, was arrested for tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 5, according to Lock Haven Police.
Heverly was taken into custody on a warrant and when he was searched, a baggy of pills was allegedly located on him, police said. He then allegedly attempted to step on the pills to crush them, police said.
Perjury
LOCK HAVEN -- Barry Kitchen, 41, of Renovo, was arrested for alleged perjury based on court transcripts from hearings on July 31 and Aug. 10, according to Lock Haven Police.
It was found that Kitchen had made alleged false statements to the court in an attempt to deceive the court, police said.
Drug possession
LOCK HAVEN -- Christopher Lee Feidler, 44, of Lock Haven, was allegedly arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on June 6 after he was stopped for traffic violations in the area of West Park Street in Lock Haven, according to Lock Haven Police.
Feidler was taken into custody for a warrant and during the search of Feidler, he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, police said.
Marijuana possession
LOCK HAVEN -- Darryl John Mallory, 41, of Mill Hall, was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on May 30 after he was stopped for a traffic violation on East Main Street in Lock Haven, according to Lock Haven Police.
While on the stop, officers allegedly located drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The vehicle was later searched, and a small amount of marijuana was allegedly then found.
DUI
LOCK HAVEN -- A 33-year-old man, of Lock Haven, was arrested for driving under the influence and related summary offenses on Sept. 16 after he was stopped by Lock Haven Police Officers for squealing his tires and driving at a high rate of speed.
The arrestee had an alleged open container of alcohol in the vehicle and was found to be intoxicated.
Stolen package
LOCK HAVEN -- Between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20, a package was stolen from a residence in the 100 block of West Church Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Stolen E-bike battery
LOCK HAVEN -- Between Sept. 22 and Sept. 26, an E-bike and charger were stolen out of a garage in the 100 block of North Fairview Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN -- Sometime between Sept. 21 and Sept. 26, a window was broken out of 15 East Water Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
