Harassment

LOCKPORT -- A manager at the Dunnstown Minit Mart, at 25 Woodward Avenue, reported that two ex-employees who were terminated earlier in the morning, threatened to "destroy" the manager and have someone assault him for firing them at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 2, according to Woodward Township Police.

Police have the identity of the suspects and are investigating the incident.

Simple assault and harassment

RENOVO -- Jessica Levinsky, 44, of North Bend, was charged with simple assault and harassment from a domestic incident where she allegedly committed unwanted physical contact toward a 16-year-old male juvenile, of Bethel, along Summerson Mountain Road in Chapman Township on Sept. 24, according to state police at Lamar.

Charges for simple assault and harassment/physical contact were filed through District Judge Frank Mills's office.

Crash with injuries

MILL HALL -- Several occupants of a 2019 Kia Rio driven by Hailey Anderson, 19, of Emeigh, sustained injuries after being struck by a 2019 Jeep Wrangler, driven by Charlotte Bason, 76, of Mill Hall, along Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township, according to state police at Lamar.

The crash took place at 8:31 p.m. on Sept. 27 when Bason had a solid green light to yield to oncoming traffic and proceeded to strike the vehicle driven by Anderson as she was continuing from Country Club Road into the intersection towards Mill Hall Road, police said.

Upon being struck, Anderson's vehicle continued in a forward momentum and came to a stop in the middle of the intersection, sustaining disabling damage to its 11 o'clock position, police said.

Three passengers who were in the vehicle with Anderson, sustained possible injuries and all refused transport, police said.

Shooting accidental

BLANCHARD -- At the intersection of North Eagle Valley Road and Marsh Creek Road in Liberty Township, a stray bullet struck the lower driver's side corner of a vehicle's windshield on Sept. 30, according to state police at Lamar.

The bullet allegedly did not make entry into the vehicle and no injuries were reported, police said. The incident is being investigated.

DUI

ROTE -- A 44-year-old woman, of Lock Haven, was charged with driving under the influence during a traffic stop at the intersection of Frank O'Reilly, Jr. Highway and Interstate 80 East in Lamar Township on Sept. 29, according to state police at Lamar.
