ID theft
LOGANTON -- State police at Lamar are investigating the theft of an identity belonging to a 93-year-old Loganton woman that took place on Nov. 14. An unknown actor utilized the victim's ID in an attempt to access bank information, police said.
DUI
AVIS -- A 46-year-old Cogan Station man was arrested for driving under the influence along state Route 220 North after state police at Lamar allegedly observed him traveling at a high rate of speed and not maintaining the driving lane on Nov. 12.
The vehicle was stopped and an investigation was conducted, determining the arrestee was under the influence, police said. He was taken into custody but refused chemical testing. Charges were filed through District Judge Keith Kibler's office.
Physical harassment
FLEMINGTON -- Braidy Robbins, 21, of Williamsport, was cited for harassment after allegedly striking a 24-year-old Lock Haven man in the face during a domestic incident along High Street in Flemington Borough on Nov. 11, according to state police at Lamar.
Robbins allegedly struck the victim with a closed fist, causing a red mark. She was cited through District Judge Keith Kibler's office.
Evading police, drug possession
LOCK HAVEN -- Rebecca Daugherty, 44, of Lock Haven, was arrested for evading arrest or detention on foot and possession of a controlled substance, according to Lock Haven City Police.
On June 29 at 9:53 p.m., Daugherty fled on foot from a traffic stop at 360 E. Walnut St. and when she was caught, was allegedly found to be in possession of two different types of controlled substances, police said.
Corruption of minors
LOCK HAVEN -- Kadeja Henry, 19, of Lock Haven, was arrested for corruption of minors on Oct. 29 after allegedly enticing a 13-year-old female into smoking marijuana at an apartment on East Water Street, according to Lock Haven City Police.
Financial exploitation of care-dependent person
LOCK HAVEN -- Matthew Wolfe, 36, of Renovo, was arrested for access device fraud, theft, financial exploitation of a care-dependent person and other related offenses stemming from incidents dating between Oct. 11 and Nov. 2, according to Lock Haven City Police.
Wolfe, who was a caregiver for the victim, allegedly took the victim's bank card from their mail and used it for nine different transactions, totaling $1,831.70 in fraudulent charges, police said.
In a separate incident on Nov. 6, Wolfe was arrested again for possession of a controlled substance when a backpack belonging to him, containing methamphetamine, was found in a vacant apartment at 4 N. Henderson St., police said. Wolfe admitted the controlled substance was his, police said.
Harassment
LOCK HAVEN -- William Shultz, 71, of Lock Haven, was cited with harassment on Nov. 4, after he got into an argument with his neighbor in the 200 block of North Henderson Street and allegedly pushed her, according to Lock Haven City Police.
PFA violations
LOCK HAVEN -- Nicholas Hanley, 43, of Lock Haven, was arrested for two separate protection from abuse order violations on Nov. 5, according to Lock Haven Police.
At 1:08 a.m., Hanley allegedly went to an address on Bennage Avenue that he was excluded from being at by a PFA but left prior to the officer's arrival. He then returned at approximately 7:10 a.m. and was taken into custody by officers at that time, police said.
Physical harassment
MILL HALL -- Tylar Titus, 35, of Lock Haven, was arrested for harassment following a physical altercation with a 55-year-old Bellefonte man along Pennsylvania Avenue in Bald Eagle Township on Nov. 13, according to state police at Lamar.
Titus allegedly kneed the victim and punched him in the face as he was attempting to pick up his phone, police said.
