LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Charlotte S. Bason, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol – 1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 1st offense, vehicle turning left, obedience to traffic-control devices, improper turn (green light), careless driving and reckless driving, waived for court.
-- Jacob Nelson D. McCauley, II, of Mill Hall, charged with driving unregistered vehicle, careless driving, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 1st offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol – 1st offense and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.
-- Larry Gene Porter, Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with six counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility and three counts of intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.
-- Rachael E. McCloskey, of Beech Creek, charged with eight counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility and four counts of intentional possession by person not registered, waived for court.
-- Katie Marie Linberg, of Renovo, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
-- Jordan Raymond Mooney, of Renovo, charged with burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation – person present, criminal trespass – enter structure, corruption of minors and criminal attempt – theft by unlawful taking – movable property, waived for court.
-- Matthew James Wolfe, of McElhattan, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.
-- Matthew James Wolfe, of McElhattan, charged with nine counts of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, theft by unlawful taking – movable property, financial exploitation of older adult or care dependent person, theft of property – lost, etc. by mistake, receiving stolen property, nine counts of identity theft and posses access device knowing counterfeit/altered, waived for court.

Coleman, of Renovo, charged with intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving unregistered vehicle, duties at stop sign, operating vehicle without valid inspection and operating/permission of operating with unsafe equipment, waived for court.
-- Matthew Ryan Szostek, of Lock Haven, charged with robbery – inflict, threat immediate bodily injury, robbery – take property from other/force, intimidate witness/victim – refrain from report, theft by unlawful taking – movable property, simple assault, harassment – subject other to physical contact and criminal mischief – damage property, waived for court.
-- Brennon Keith Reighard, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment – subject another to physical contact, waived for court.
-- Jamal Lee Pruden, of Lock Haven, charged with harassment – communication, lewd, threatening, etc., withdrawn; disorderly conduct obscene language/gesture and use of tobacco on school property prohibited, moved to non-traffic.
-- Taylor Marie Stevens, of Renovo, charged with intimidate witness/victim false/misleading testimony and endangering the welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense, waived for court.
