Ordinance violation
LOCK HAVEN — A 35-year-old Lock Haven woman was cited with an ordinance violation on Nov. 1 at 5:15 a.m. when her two dogs were unleashed and loose on North Jones Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Eggs thrown at apartments
LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven Police received a report of criminal mischief on East Bald Eagle Street.
Between Dec. 1 and Dec. 2, someone threw an egg at the caller’s apartment door in the 600 Block of the street, police said.
Police received a second report of eggs thrown at a door on Dec. 9 at an apartment at Linden Circle.
DUI alleged
LOCK HAVEN — A 21-year-old Lock Haven woman was arrested for driving under the influence on Nov. 22 after Lock Haven Police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 10 block of Bellefonte Avenue.
The driver, who was allegedly found to be intoxicated, drove her vehicle into a light post, parking meter and a tree, police said.
Theft of packages
LOCK HAVEN — Hunter Alters, 26, of Lock Haven, was arrested for theft on Nov. 28 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., when he allegedly took a package from the lobby area of 11 S. Jones St. that belonged to the victim, according to Lock Haven Police.
The items in the package were valued at $18, police said.
Disorderly conduct
LOCK HAVEN — A 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were cited with disorderly conduct and harassment on Nov. 30 when they attacked a third juvenile male in the 10 block of Peach Street, according to Lock Haven Police.
Tires damaged
LOCK HAVEN — Between Nov. 30 and Dec. 5, a vehicle parked in the 600 block of East Bald Eagle Street had three of its tires damaged, according to Lock Haven Police.
Falsely written statement
to police
CASTANEA — Brooke Renee Remick, of Lock Haven, will be charged with false reports, unsworn falsification to authorities, falsely incriminating another and tampering with or fabrication of physical evidence through District Court Judge Keith Kibler’s office, stemming from an alleged incident that took place on Nov. 9, in Castanea, that prompted a response from Mill Hall Police, State Police at Lamar, Clinton County Probation and Clinton County Children and Youth Services, according to Mill Hall Police.
Remick allegedly provided a written statement to police which opened an investigation where they conducted Interviews, secured a search warrant for a home for evidence and took photos.
The investigation revealed Remick had allegedly provided police with several false statements when interviewed about the incident to mislead police and falsely incriminate another person.
Trespassing
LOCKPORT — Woodward Township Police are investigating an incident of trespassing at 67 Market Street in Woodward Township on Dec. 10 where an unknown male walked into another person’s garage for several minutes before leaving.
Property dispute
LOCKPORT — Woodward Township Police are investigating a dispute over property at 57 Walnut Street in Woodward Township on Dec. 9.
Dog at large
LOCKPORT — Woodward Township Police handled a complaint of a dog at large at 2688 Coudersport Pike in Woodward Township on Dec. 8.
Unauthorized use of
a motor vehicle
BELLEFONTE — A 15-year-old male juvenile, of Howard, and a 15-year-old male juvenile, of State College, were arrested for having unauthorized use of a motor vehicle that belonged to a 41-year-old Howard woman on Dec. 10, according to state police at Rockview. Both of the juveniles were charged.
