Criminal trespass

LOCKPORT — Woodward Township Police have issued an arrest warrant for Mariah J. Engleman for alleged criminal trespass.

Engleman, according to police, entered a property along Market Street on Dec. 14 after being told multiple times to stay away.

Found firearm

LAMAR — A pistol was found in the bathroom of the Pilot Truck Stop at 5868 Nittany Valley Road in Porter Township on Dec. 10, according to state police at Lamar.

The pistol is described as a black Taurus G3C with a silver 3.2 inch barrel and has the serial number #ACB527915, police said.

A 9mm magazine, Blackhawk soft holster and Sig 9mm ammo was found with the firearm, police said.

Simple assault and harassment

MILL HALL — A 16-year-old male juvenile, of Mill Hall, was charged with simple assault and harassment after “sucker punching” a 15-year-old male juvenile, of Lock Haven, in the back of the head at Central Mountain High School on Dec. 7, according to state police at Lamar.

The victim did not fight back, police said.

Charges were filed through the Clinton County Juvenile Probation Office.

Theft of debit card

MILL HALL — A debit card belonging to a 46-year-old woman, of Mill Hall, was stolen and used for $2,577.77 worth of purchases from multiple retail stores on Dec. 6, including the Lowes in Mill Hall, and the Lowes and Home Depot in State College, according to state police at Lamar.

The incident is being investigated.

Retail theft

MILL HALL — An employee at the Mill Hall Walmart, a 43-year-old woman, of Loganton, was allegedly arrested for retail theft after she was observed stealing $67.13 worth of items by under-ringing them on Dec. 8, according to state police at Lamar.

Strangulation and related charges

LOGANTON — State police at Lamar obtained an arrest warrant for a known suspect who is wanted for strangulation, simple assault and false imprisonment towards a 49-year-old woman during an incident along Lazy Eight Trail in Greene Township on Dec. 9.

No other information was released by police.

Charges were filed through District Court Judge Frank Mills’s office.

Hit and run with injuries

FLEMINGTON — A 24-year-old man, of Lock Haven, sustained a broken left arm after he was struck by the passenger side mirror of a suspected Ford F-150 XLT, driven by an unknown suspect, while he was walking along High Street in Flemington Borough, according to state police at Lamar.

The suspect fled north on state Route 150 toward Lock Haven, police said.

The suspect’s vehicle is allegedly black in color and believed to be a model between 2009 and 2014, police said.

Verbal dispute

LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township Police Department responded to a domestic dispute call on Dec. 13, 2023 at 11:44 a.m. at the 2100 block of Coudersport Pike, Lock Haven. Upon investigation, the dispute was found to have been verbal only in nature. No charges were issued.
