LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Cameron M. Gregory, of Bloomsburg, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, disregard traffic lane (single) and driving at safe speeds, waived for court.

-- Melvin R. Young, of Beech Creek, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, careless driving and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

-- Jonathan Miles Stauffer, of Milesburg, charged with burglary, criminal mischief-tamper with property, and criminal trespass-break into structure, waived for court.

-- Stephen Wayne Hamilton, II, of Jersey Shore, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

-- Ari Gungormez, of Paramus, N.J., charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, distribute small amount of marijuana/not for sale, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, signal improper, improper display plate, obscured, covered or inhibit visibility to plate, and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

-- Noah Thomas Probst, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, careless driving, fail to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

-- Travis Christian Klinger, of Williamsport, charged with receiving stolen property, impersonating a public servant, theft by deception-false impression, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, and operating vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

-- David Fred Douty, of Bellefonte, charged with recklessly endangering another person, DUI: high rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, duties at stop sign, careless driving and turning movements and required signals, waived for court.

-- Melissa Conrad Probst, of Lock Haven, charged with tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-1st offense, disregard traffic lane (prohibited), driving at safe speeds and operating vehicle without required financial responsibility, waived for court.

-- Melissa Conrad Probst, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-3rd offense, waived for court.

-- Teisa Anastasia Meixel, of Jersey Shore, charged with seven counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, and four counts of retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

-- David Arthur Ciancaglione, Sr., of Mill Hall, charged with disorderly conduct engage in fighting, harassment-communication, repeatedly and inconvenient hours, and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, waived for court.

-- Taylor Franklin Miller, of North Bend, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-schedule 1-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-metabolite-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-combination of alcohol/drugs-1st offense, disregard traffic lane (single), driving at safe speed, careless driving and fail to use safety belt – driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

-- Chance James Michael Goshorn, of Beech Creek, charged with DUI: controlled substance-schedule 1-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-1st offense, careless driving, driving at safe speeds, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, fail to carry license, driving without a license, operating vehicle without valid inspection, evidence of emission inspection and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.
