LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
— Troyanna Leigh Egan, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence–first offense, period for requiring lighted lamps, careless driving and reckless driving, waived for court.
— Timothy Robert Peters, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, careless driving and failure to keep right, waived for court.
— Tyler Paul Walk, of Lock Haven, charged with making repairs/sell/etc. An offensive weapon and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense, waived for court.
— Jasmine L. Crissman, of Mill Hall, charged with retaliation against witness or victim, held for court.
— Michael Nelson, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal trespass-break into structure, waived for court.
— Michael Nelson, of Lock Haven, charged with endangering the welfare of children, strangulation-blocking the nose and mouth of a person, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and simple assault, held for court.
— Joyce Shreckengast, of Lock Haven, charged with access device issued to another who would not authorize use, waived for court.
— Tyron Wayne Quartman, of Williamsport, charged with indecent exposure, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense, held for court.
— Cheyann Madison Renee Oree, of Lock Haven, charged with corruption of minors and sell/furnish liquor etc. to minors, waived for court.
— Robert Donn Fenstermacher, of Cogan Station, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceeding 65 or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 35 miles per hour, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving, held for court.
— Wendy Sue Frank, of Lock Haven, charged with hinder apprehension/prosecution-harbor or concealment, waived for court.
— Rebecca Ann Myers, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, failure to stop at red signal and duties at stop sign, waived for court.
— Logan Patrick Enders, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, disregard traffic lane, waived for court.
— Brian W. Murphy, of Lock Haven, charged with forgery-alter writing and theft by unlawful taking-immovable property, waived for court.
— Thomas Francis Lee, Jr., of Renovo, charged with four counts of possession of firearm prohibited, waived for court.
— Rikki Ann Styers, of Lock Haven, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
— James Carrol Sampson, Jr., of Renovo, charged with alter/obliterate mark of identification, firearm not to be carried without a license-no criminal violation, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, intentional possession of a firearm by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of firearm with manufacture number altered, etc., waived for court.
— Tyler Albert Moore, of Jersey Shore, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.
— Demario Leigh Baer, of Lock Haven, charged 12 counts of statutory sexual assault: 4-8 years older, 12 counts of aggravated assault, 12 counts of corruption of minors-defendant age 18 or above, 12 counts of indecent assault of person less than 16 years of age, waived for court.
— Jada Leigh Harpster, of Lock Haven, charged with tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, aiding consummation of crime and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, waived for court.
