Child ingests meth

LOCK HAVEN -- Serenity Smith, 18, of Lock Haven was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of children after she allowed her 21-month-old to ingest methamphetamine, Lock Haven City Police said.

Three charged

after burglary

LOCK HAVEN -- Lock Haven City Police have charged two adults and a minor following a burglary at Freedom Cloudz, 437 Bellefonte Ave., on March 10.

Richard Colon, 20, of Lock Haven, and a 14-year-old Lock Haven male were arrested for burglary and other related crimes, following the incident that took place at about 1 p.m., police said.

Another person, Jamie Dershem, 34, of Lock Haven, was arrested for tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property and other crimes related to the incident, police said.

An investigation continues at this time.

Noise ordinance

LOCK HAVEN -- Shannon Long, 19, of Lock Haven was cited for a noise ordinance violation, Lock Haven City Police said.

Officers were called for a noise complaint at Long's residence on March 16, where a party was occurring, police said.

Vehicle damaged

SPRING MILLS -- State police at Rockview are investigating an act of criminal mischief that occurred between March 23 and March 24 along Penns Valley Road, Gregg Township, Centre County.

According to police, an unknown suspect smashed the window of a 73-year-old Spring Mills man's 2022 Subaru, valued at $85 before fleeing in an unknown direction.

Slashed tires

MILESBURG -- State police at Rockview obtained a suspect following the report of tires slashed on a 2012 Chevrolet vehicle.

Police responded to the report, made by a juvenile, along East Main Street, Miles Township on March 20 at 3:24 p.m.

Due to related incidents, a suspect was obtained, police said.

An investigation is ongoing, police said.

Scooter stolen

LOCK HAVEN -- An electric scooter was reported stolen from in front of an apartment building in the 10 Block of East Main Street on March 19, Lock Haven City Police said.

The reported theft took place between March 18 at 11:45 p.m. and March 19 at 10:30 a.m., police said.
