PFA violation

LOCK HAVEN -- Lock Haven City Police arrested Michael Peck, 29, Lock Haven, for a PFA violation.

On March 28, Peck had a verbal argument with a protected party of a PFA, police said.

Underage drinking, false ID

LOCK HAVEN -- Mason Ochs, 20, of Lock Haven, was cited with Underage Drinking, Public Drunkenness and Carrying a False Identification Card by Lock Haven Police.

Police said on April 7 at 1:44 a.m., officers responded to a male on the caller's balcony; Officer located Ochs who was under age, intoxicated and had a fake ID card on him.

Crash

LOCK HAVEN -- On April 5, at approximately 12 p.m., Lock Haven Police responded to a one vehicle crash.

According to police, the vehicle drove through a yard in the 400 block of S. Jones St., ran over a fence and came to rest on a concrete barrier in Taggart Park.

The vehicle had to be towed from the scene and the driver is being investigated for DUI, police said.

Retail theft

MILL HALL -- On Jan. 30, at approximately 1:17 a.m., two unnamed, white, non-hispanic males entered Sheetz located at 288 Hogan Blvd., Bald Eagle Township, and stole numerous items without paying, according to state police at Lamar

Police said the investigation is currently ongoing.

PFA Violation

JERSEY SHORE -- On Feb. 29, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., state police at Lamar were dispatched to Drake Lane in Pine Creek Township to investigate a report of a PFA violation.

The victim was a 42 year-old Jersey Shore female, police said.

According to police, this investigation is closed as prosecution was declined by the Clinton County District Attorney's Office.

Crash

LAMAR -- According to state police at Lamar, a crash occurred on Feb. 29, at approximately 7:53 p.m. within a parking lot of McDonalds at 5820 Nittany Valley Drive, Porter Township.

An unknown person attempted to make a wide turn to exit the parking lot, police said.

The unknown vehicle struck the passenger side mirror of the victim's legally-parked 2024 Freightliner with their trailing unit, police said.

The operator of the Freightliner attempted to flag down the unknown individual, but the person got onto Interstate-80 West, leaving the scene, police said.

The vehicle sustained minor damage to its passenger side mirror; the operator was not injured, police said.

Damaged mailbox

MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar have reported a crash that took place on March 1, 2024 between the hours of noon and 3:30 p.m. at 294 Munro Road, Bald Eagle Township.

According to police, an unknown vehicle struck a mailbox off the east side of the roadway, knocking it over before leaving the scene.

Alcohol theft

MILL HALL -- On March 1 at approximately 9:26 p.m., state police at Lamar responded to Sheetz, located on Hogan Blvd. in Mill Hall, for a report of retail theft.

Police said a 21 year-old man, of Telford, Pa., was located and charged appropriately with retail theft.

According to police, the involved party stole an unknown flavor Beatbox alcoholic beverage, valued at $7.38; an unknown flavor Mikes Hard alcoholic beverage, valued at $2.59; and an unknown flavor Arnold Palmer alcoholic beverage, valued at $2.89.

A 2003 Infiniti G35 was also involved in the theft, police said.

PFA Violation

JERSEY SHORE -- On March 27 at approximately 9:41 a.m., state police at Lamar responded to an address in Pine Creek Township to investigate a PFA violation.

The victim was a 58 year-old Jersey Shore female, according to police.

Police said this incident is currently under investigation.

Dog law

LOGANTON -- On April 6, at approximately 9:20 a.m., state police at Lamar investigated a dog law violation incident that occurred at 24 Heggenstaller Lane, Greene Township.

Theft

LOCK HAVEN -- State police at Lamar visited 11837 Coudersport Pike, Lock Haven, Gallagher Township, on April 5 at approximately 8:47 p.m. to investigate the theft of a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone valued at $199.

Police said through investigation and interviews, the incident was deemed a civil matter.
