Harassment
MILL HALL -- On April 6, at approximately 6:19 p.m., state police at Lamar responded to an alleged harassment case on Frederick Street in Mill Hall Borough.
According to police the investigation is still ongoing.
Retail theft
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar responded to Walmart on Hogan Boulevard, Mill Hall, for a report of retail theft on April 5 at 3:37 p.m.
According to police, Amanda Martz, 33, of Jersey Shore, was taken into custody for a third offense felony retail theft.
Police said the stolen items included toothpicks/floss, valued at $2.97; hair brush, valued at $10.98; Legos, valued at $4.97; and a retractable kids gate, valued at $39.98.
Charges have been filed through MDJ 25-3-02 and this case is currently under investigation, police said.
Theft of motor vehicle
RENOVO -- On March 28, at approximately 5:10 p.m., state police at Lamar initiated an investigation into the theft of a white 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 plow truck that was stolen from 12476 Renovo Road, Chapman Township.
According to police, the vehicle is a company truck owned by Smith Excavating & Construction and it was stolen from the business' parking lot by an unknown actor/actors on March 25 around 3:35 a.m.
The truck was found abandoned by an employee where it was determined it had been stolen, police said.
The plow truck was left damaged with a broken windshield due to a dashboard airbag being deployed, the cab of the truck was on fire due to heavy soot on windows and interior and the interior plastic on the passenger side grab handle and glove compartment were melted, police said.
Police said employees of Smith Excavating found a gray bicycle in the grass directly behind where the stolen truck was parked.

DUI
CASTANEA -- On April 1, at approximately 11:29 p.m., state police at Lamar initiated a traffic stop on Paul Mack Boulevard in Castanea Township for a traffic violation.
Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver of a 2017 Ram Truck, a 22 year-old male of Lock Haven, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages, police said.
Police said charges are pending toxicology reports.
Harassment
MILESBURG -- Alyssa Guisewhite, 30, of Milesburg, was arrested and cited with harassment after running from police on April 1, said state police at Rockview.
Fleeing police
HOWARD -- Juanita Ventura, 27, of Howard, was arrested after fleeing police on March 30. The defendant was cited for harassment after allegedly shoving the victim, said PSP Rockview.
Drug possession
SPRING MILLS -- Stephanie Kim, 21, of North Wales, is under investigation by state police for an alleged drug possession, police said. Any information regarding this incident can be reported to PSP Rockview at 814-355-7545.
Retail theft
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar were dispatched on March 29 to Walmart on Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, for a report of retail theft.
Through investigation it was determined Angela Monks, 47, of Mill Hall, attempted to under-ring items, police said.
According to police, the transaction was stopped and Monks was asked to restart the transaction, giving her a chance to purchase the items; Monks again under rang the items and attempted to walk out of the store.
Police said the items included, infant koala socks, valued at $8; Russell Stover chocolate bunny, valued at $8.94; Red Bull Curuba Elderflower LTO, valued at $2.08; Gushers fruit snacks, valued at $2.97; Shady Brook turkey, valued at $19.54; and Huggies natural care baby wipes, valued at $2.27.
Charges for retail theft were filed at MDJ 25-3-02, police said.
Drug possession
LINDEN -- Barbara Johnson-Barnes, 60, of 108 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance for selling four adderall pills to an undercover officer in Linden on Jan. 10, it was alleged in a NEU affidavit.
Following her arraignment with District Judge Denise Dieter, Johnson-Barnes was released on $25,000 bail.
Vehicle crash
HYNER -- Renovo Police Department responded to a vehicle crash on Route 120. just east of the Hyner Run Road, on April 9 at 3:05 p.m. The driver, Robert Gilbaugh, 90, of Lock Haven, was traveling eastbound on the Renovo Road in Chapman Township when he became distracted, veered across the opposite lane of travel and crashed the 2002 Ford Taurus sedan into the guide rail.
Gilbaugh was not injured in the crash, but the vehicle suffered severe damage and was towed from the scene by Martin Motors. Chapman Township Fire Company assisted at the crash scene.
