LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Matthew James Monroe, of Lamar, charged with burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two counts of theft by unlawful taking, waived for court.

-- Deborah Ann Moore, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal mischief for tampering with property, reckless endangerment of another person, harassment and disorderly conduct, waived for court.

-- Anthony John Harkinson, of Philipsburg, charged with burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft by unlawful taking, waived for court.

-- Allison Marie Leathers, of Lamar, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

-- Felicia Fine, of Oakland, Calif., charged with driving while under the influence-first offense, careless driving and improperly turning or using required signals, waived for court.

-- Daniel Albert Cole, of Renovo, charged with simple assault, two counts of making terroristic threats and two counts of harassment for subjecting another to physical contact, held for court.

-- Logan Ronald Baker, of Jersey Shore, charged with operating a vehicle without valid inspection, failure to carry registration, investigation by officer, driving while under the influence-first offense, careless driving, failure to stop at a red light/stop sign and inobedience of traffic control devices, held for court.

-- Louguens Hilaire, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment, waived for court.

-- Holly Lee Chapman, of Flemington, charged with seven counts of driving while under the influence- first offense, disregard for traffic line, careless driving and reckless driving, waived for court.

-- Jamison Auley Jones, of Wilke Barre, charged with two counts of driving while under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disregard for traffic lane (single), waived for court.

-- Richard Ardel Fisher, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with no rear lights and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

-- Alycia Justine White, of Howard, charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver controlled substances, two counts of conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, waived for court.

-- Shane Michael Anderson, of Jane Lew, WV, charged with carrying a firearm without a license (no criminal violation), exceeding 65/70 mph by 13 mph and driving in the right lane, waived for court.

-- Christina Lynn Straub, of Lock Haven, charged with accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use, waived for court.

-- Kimberly Ann McCue, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and harassment for subjecting another to physical contact, waived for court.

-- James W. Renninger Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with driving while under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Sherry Ann Valentine, of Lock Haven, charged with resisting arrest, retail theft-take merchandise and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

-- Mark A. Zimmerman, of Lansford, charged with two counts of driving while under the influence, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.

-- Kenneth Arthur Geroge, of Mill Hall, charged with obstructing the highway, held for court.

--Andrew J. Snyder, of Lock Haven, charged with harassment, withdrawn, charged with disorderly conduct for obscene language/gestures, move to non-traffic.

--Desirea Anna Jordan, of Lock Haven, charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for subjecting another to physical contact, dismissed.
