The Lock Haven Fire Department responded to reports of a potential fire at Putnam Manor, 335 Center St., early Wednesday morning. Eastside and Citizens Hose departments were called to the area at about 9:30 a.m. and, upon arrival, it was discovered the source was burnt food. Crews used ventilation to clear the area and cleared the scene at about 10 a.m.
