A United States Postal Worker escaped injury when the mail carrier truck crashed into an embankment along Fairpoint Road near South Parsons Drive in Bald Eagle Township on Tuesday morning. According to reports from the scene, the driver said the steering locked up, leading to the crash. Mill Hall Fire Company, state police at Lamar, Lock Haven Citizens Hose and Flemington Goodwill Hose EMS responded to the accident that took place at about 11 a.m. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
