Marijuana possession

BELLEFONTE -- The driver of a 2024 Volvo and its passenger have an open alcoholic beverage container following a traffic stop along Interstate 80 East on March 25, state police at Rockview said.

The traffic stop occurred at about 9:32 a.m. in Marion Township, with the driver also being found in possession of marijuana, police said.

No further information about the incident was available.

Harassment

HUBLERSBURG -- A 33-year-old Bellefonte man was cited for harassment following an incident on Black Walnut Street in Walker Township on April 25. The suspect is accused of threatening physical contact against a man from Howard, said police.

Drug possession

SNOW SHOE -- State police at Rockview responded to a complaint about a 27-year-old State College man who allegedly would not leave the Snow Shoe Laundromat in Snow Shoe Borough on April 1. Upon arrival, the suspect was observed to be putting what appeared to be drugs into his mouth. The suspect had presumed drugs on his person that were sent to the lab for determination, said state police.

Criminal mischief

MILESBURG -- On April 25, at approximately 2 a.m., state police at Rockview received a report of four juveniles destroying the paper towel holders and dumping the trash cans in a public restroom. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI alleged

SPRING MILLS -- A 38-year-old Lock Haven man could face driving under the influence charges following a traffic stop along Bilger Avenue in Spring Township on April 26, state police at Rockview said.

The man was stopped at 1:38 a.m. in his 2013 Hyundai Accent when it was determined he was driving under the influence and placed under arrest, police said.
