— Justin Eugene Dauberman, charged with two counts of delivery of one gram of bath salts, a Schedule I controlled substance, and possession of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, sentenced to 34 months to 10 years in a State Correctional Institution.

— Ryan Michael Bennett, charged with indirect criminal contempt, fined $300, shall perform 50 hours of community service and placed on probation for six months.

— Tylar Mark Titus, charged with criminal trespass, theft-unlawful taking and criminal mischief, shall pay $715 in restitution to Terry Gregory, placed on house arrest for six months and probation for 60 months.

— Dawn Marie Askins, charged with indirect criminal contempt, fined $300 and placed on probation for six months.
