— Alivia A. Feidler, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-take merchandise and retail theft-alter label/price marking, waived for court.

— Kenneth Earl McGhee, of Mill Hall, charged with official oppression-deny rights/privileges and disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive condition, waived for court.

— Scott M. Muthler, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, improper turning movements and required signals and failure to keep right, waived for court.

— Jayden Isaiah Lyons, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, waived for court.

— Darien Ja Lee-Pippinger, of Easton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and improper sunscreening, waived for court.
