Disorderly Conduct

SNOW SHOE — Around 10 a.m. on Sept. 2, a motorist driving along Interstate 80 West contacted Pennsylvania State Police to advise that he observed someone masturbating while driving, state police at Rockview said.

Police made contact with the operator, a 28-year-old man from Philadelphia, who admitted to the crime and was issued a disorderly conduct citation, police said.

Assault by prisoner

PLEASANT GAP — On Sept. 2, an inmate at the Centre County Correctional Facility, Kelvin Jackson, 28, of Bellefonte, spit on multiple corrections officers, state police at Rockview said.

JACKSONVILLE — On Sept. 5, around 4:30 p.m., police were dispatched to Interstate 80 East at mile marker 166.4 for a report of an assault against a 74-year-old man from Easton, state police at Rockview said.

PFA Violation

RENOVO — Timothy Coleman, 48, of Renovo, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on the morning of Sept. 4, according to state police at Lamar.

Charges were filed against Coleman after he allegedly showed up at the victim’s home on Huron Ave., Renovo, which he is evicted and excluded from, police said.

DUI on view drugs

MILL HALL — Charges are pending against Joseph Robinson, 43, of Hesston, Pa., after allegedly being found in a vehicle with, and under the influence of, a controlled substance, according to state police at Lamar.

On Sept. 3 at 10:41 p.m., state police were dispatched to the Walmart at 167 Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township, for three juveniles unable to locate their caregiver, police said.

Upon investigation, Robinson was found intoxicated in the parking lot in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, said police.

According to police, Robinson denied chemical testing.
