Boalsburg man bound over for trial in child sex abuse case

CASTANEA — Colton Clifford Isenberg, 35, of Brush Valley Road, Boalsburg, was taken into custody on 9 felony counts of statutory sexual assault, 7 felony counts child sexual abuse material, 9 counts of felony unlawful contact with a minor and 9 felony counts of corruption of minors, according to a release from the Clinton County District Attorney’s office via Crimewatch.

Police received a complaint from the parents of a child under 16 years of age on Sept. 12 2024, alleging Isenberg had sexual contact with the child, the release said.

The investigation revealed Isenberg sent nude photos of himself to a minor and then had a sexual relationship with the minor in June 2024 until September 2024, the release continued. Isenburg was taken into custody Oct. 4 and taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility,

He was arraigned by District Judge Heidi Wright and is currently held on $500,000 bail, police said.

Isenberg waived his preliminary hearing and is now scheduled for formal arraignment on Nov. 19, 2024.

Mill Hall Borough Police investigated the case and charges were filed by Chief Brandon Coleman.
