Castanea structure fire claims lives of person, pets

CASTANEA — A structure fire occurred at 200 East Keller Street, Castanea, resulting in the loss of one life and two pets. A rapid response from multiple stations including 3, 42, 11, 5, 10, 22 and 21 was on site, however, the fire had fully engulfed the trailer upon their arrival. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
