Hit and run

DUNNSTOWN — On Oct. 1, Bradley Sellinger, 32, of Lock Haven, was involved in a hit and run accident at the Nittany MinitMart on 25 Woodward Ave., and was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license and driving with an expired registration plate, according to state police at Lamar.

Sellinger was seen backing a blue 2012 Ford Fusion into a parked truck on the property, getting out of the car to look at the damage to both vehicles and leaving the area without contacting the owner of the other vehicle, police said.

The owner of the Ford Fusion, Tammy Sellinger, was cited for not having insurance and permitting the car to be driven with a suspended license plate and registration.

Identity theft

DUNNSTOWN — Woodward Township police have reported that a local resident was the victim of identity theft in August 2024.

Police said an unknown person used the stolen identity at the University of Arizona.

Burglary

LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township Police Department reported an unknown person (or persons) removed items from a residence at 58 Woodland Drive between May 24, 2010 and Oct. 14, 2024.

Police said two attachments for a John Deere lawn tractor were stolen, a brush hog (model and value yet unknown) and an aerator valued between $400-670 have been reported as missing.

Theft

RENOVO — Renovo Police are investigating the theft of an Electric Bike, valued at $2,000, from a residence near the intersection of 7th Street and Huron Avenue in Renovo.

Police said the theft happened over the evening hours between Oct. 12 and Oct. 13, 2024.

Assault

RENOVO — On Oct. 17, Renovo police charged a 15-year-old boy with harassment for assaulting a seven-year-old boy on the 200 block of 9th Street.

Police said the arrestee pushed the victim, causing him to fall and hit his head on an object, causing minor injury.
