— Christian D. Taylor, of Lock Haven, charged with fraudulently obtaining SNAP benefits/assistance, waived for court.

— Lashawn Fatima Orwig, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-take merchandise and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
