LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Mitchell Lynn Nihart, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disregard for traffic lane (single), waived for court.

-- Mason Tyler Ferree, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal trespass-break into structure, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass-break into structure and corruption of minors, waived for court.

-- Andrew W. Batschelet, of Jersey Shore, charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault, waived for court.
