— Nichole Lee Barnes, charged with violating probation, resentenced to two weeks to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Cassandra Lynn Welshans, charged with conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, sentenced to six months to two years at a State Correctional Institution.

— James Patric Barnes, II, charged with simple assault, placed on probation for two years and shall participate in the Day Reporting Center Program for three months.

— Nichole Dawn Salizzoni, charged with retail theft, shall complete 50 hours of community service, placed on probation for three years and house arrest for four months.

— Jodi Ann Cisowski, charged with retaliation against witnesses, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault and intimidation of a witness, sentenced to 27 to 54 months in a State Correctional Institution and shall pay restitution of $629.78.

— Ryan Corey Bailey, Jr., charged with robbery-inflicting threat of immediate bodily injury and simple assault, fined $500 and sentenced to one year less one day to two years less one day in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Laura Roch, charged with retail theft and criminal trespass, fined $200, shall pay restitution of $126.14 and sentenced to 96 days to two years in a State Correctional Institution.
