-- James Paul Light, charged with retail theft, must pay $174.16 in restitution and sentenced to one to four years in a State Correctional Institution.

-- Warren Dean Pletcher, charged with violating probation, fined $1,000, must pay $570 in restitution and placed on probation for three years.

-- Kerstein Marie Dailey, charged with violating probation, must serve 50 hours of community service and placed on probation for one year.

-- Aleah Louise Shaffer, charged with simple assault, fined $500, placed on probation for two years and house arrest for four months.

-- Jonathon Ross Sherman, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, fined $750, placed on probation for six months and must serve 30 days in the Day Reporting Center Program.
