— Alan Wayne Confer, charged with violating probation by using marijuana and cocaine, fined $300 and resentenced to one to six months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
–Keylye Makeel Domonic Mosier, charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving on the right side of roadways, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, classes of licenses and careless driving, fined $300. Mosier was found not guilty of possession of firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, conspiracy to tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, operating a vehicle without official certification of inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and reckless driving.
