Criminal mischief

FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that took place along Birch Street in Flemington Borough between 5 p.m. on Aug. 13 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 16.

Harassment

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar are looking to identify a man who is accused of shouting a racial slur at two individuals near Keystone Central Drive, Bald Eagle Township, on Aug. 15.

According to police, at 8:01 p.m., a 48-year-old woman and 15-year-old girl, both of Williamsport, were leaving Keystone Central School District when a maroon midsized SUV with a silver luggage rack — driving towards Plunket Run Road — yelled a racial slur from the passenger seat.

The suspect is described as a white, non-hispanic male with a brown, full beard, heavier set and wearing a hat, police said.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the actor or vehicle is asked to contact PSP Lamar at 570-726-6000 and reference incident PA24-1055111.

Shoplifting

MILL HALL — A 22-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested for shoplifting following an incident at Walmart along Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township, on Aug. 16, state police at Lamar said.

The theft was reported at 10:06 p.m. by Walmart Asset Protection and included a pack of New York strip steaks, valued at $21.51 and an 8 inch frying pan, valued at $9.97, police said.

Charges are pending.
