Two vehicle accident

BELLEFONTE -- On Aug. 25, shortly after 11:30 a.m., Christopher Worrick, 54, of Bellefonte, failed to come to a complete stop at the red light at the exit of Giant onto the Benner Pike in a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox, causing an accident, according to state police at Rockview.

The Chevrolet was struck by Erin Thor, 30, of Bellefonte, who was operating a 2011 Honda CRV. The accident caused disabling damage to the Chevrolet and also resulted in Worrick's transport to Mount Nittany Medical Center for suspected minor injuries, police said.

Hit and run

CENTRE HALL -- On Sept. 12, at approximately 6 p.m., a crash occurred at the intersection of South Pennsylvania Avenue and East Church Street in Centre Hall Borough, according to state police at Rockview.

An unknown vehicle struck a 2008 Ford parked on South Pennsylvania Avenue before fleeing the scene, police said.

Deer collision

SPRING MILLS -- Michael A. Harrison, 53, of Selinsgrove, struck a deer in a 2014 Jeep on Sept. 18, after it entered his lane of travel, causing a collision, according to state police at Rockview.

Hit and run

YARNELL -- On Sept. 30, an unknown vehicle struck a PennDOT traffic arrow sign while traveling westbound on Interstate-80 in Boggs Township before fleeing the scene, according to state police at Rockview.

Hit and run

SNOW SHOE -- An unknown vehicle failed to properly negotiate the curve from Clarence Road onto Hartline Road in Snow Shoe Township and struck a fence owned by Bryan Shreffler, according to state police at Rockview.

The unknown vehicle fled the scene, police said.

Single vehicle accident

SPRING MILLS -- According to state police at Rockview, Jacob Donohue, 19, of Malvern, was traveling too fast while making a left turn from Penns Valley Road onto Weaver Road, causing his vehicle to strike a tree. EMS at the scene suspected Donohue sustained a concussion. His vehicle suffered disabling damage, police said.

Tractor collision

MADISONBURG -- Kenneth Gephart, 73, of Rebersburg, was turning out of a farm field off South Route 192 in a 2002 International Harvester Case IH MX240 tractor when he pulled out in front of Benjamin Rupert, 33, of Centre Hall, who was driving a 2015 Toyota Tundra, according to state police at Rockview.

Rupert sustained suspected serious injuries to his left arm, head and back and was transported to Geisinger-Danville by Penns Valley EMS, police said. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage, and no other injuries were reported.

Theft

TUSSEYVILLE -- PSP Rockview is investigating the theft of a Rolex Sub Mariner, valued at $15,000; a Rolex Daytona, valued at $2,500; Buprenephrine, valued at $50; and cash, valued at $25,000, from a 43-year-old Boalsburg man that took place on Little Paint Lane in Potter Township on Oct. 23, according to state police at Rockview.

Drug possession

UNIONVILLE -- A 57-year-old Julian man was arrested for drug possession and suspicion of driving under the influence after being pulled over in a Ford Fusion on South Eagle Valley Road in Union Township, according to state police at Rockview.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.

DUI

BELLEFONTE -- A 27-year-old from Reedsville was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after being pulled over in a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu for summary traffic violations on Halfmoon Street on Sept. 7, according to state police at Rockview.

Theft

BELLEFONTE -- PSP Rockview is investigating a report made by an 80-year-old woman from Bellefonte who says a gold ring and necklace, both valued at $500, were stolen from a location on Apple Street in Benner Township on Oct. 26.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.

Drug possession

PLEASANT GAP -- Malik Chitty and Errol Wilson, both 32-year-old men from Paterson, N.J., were found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana after they consented to a search during a traffic stop on Interstate-99 in Spring Township on Oct. 7, according to state police at Rockview.

Associated charges will be filed at a later time, police said.

Assault, serious injury

BELLEFONTE -- Megan Nigro, 20, of Bellefonte, was arrested by state police after an investigation of a domestic violence incident on Oct. 25 determined she had assaulted a 29-year-old Bellefonte man and caused serious bodily injury, according to state police at Rockview.

DUI

MILESBURG -- Jamie Parks, 46, of Port Matilda, was arrested for driving under the influence after being stopped on the 300 block of Dell Street in Milesburg Borough on Oct. 25 in a 2016 RAM truck, according to state police at Rockview.
