LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Joshua Lewis Cox, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to use lighted lamps, following too closely, driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and failure to fulfill the duty of operator during an investigation by officer, waived for court.

-- Jacob Allen Dean, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

-- Barbara Ann Mitchell, of Clarence, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

-- Richard C. Thompson, III, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard for traffic lane (single), careless driving and failure to fulfill duties at a stop sign, waived for court.

-- Raymell Lamar Hester, of Bedford Heights, Ohio, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and improper signaling, waived for court.

-- Cody Allen Bower, of Mill Hall, charged with child endangerment, making terroristic threats and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

-- Sean A. Schreffler, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disobedience to traffic control devices, waived for court.

-- Justin Matthew Yatchik, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.

-- David Bruce Frantz, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and exceeding 65/70 mph by 36 mph, waived for court.

-- Robert Francis Sohmer, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.
