LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Robert Jeffery Kling, Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard for traffic lane (single) and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Clayton Andrew Nichols, of Lock Haven, charged with forgery-utters forged writing and theft by deception-false impression, waived for court.

-- Charles Allen Wingrove, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving while under the influence with a suspended license, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, disregard for traffic lane (single) and failure to keep right, waived for court.

-- Matthew Adam Crow, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Lucy Lee Edwards, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard for traffic lane (single) and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Clint E. Dorman, of Mill Hall, charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

-- Jacob Ellisworth Tompkins, of Lamar, charged with receiving stolen property, waived for court.

-- Faith Lee Marr, of Renovo, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, waived for court.

-- Leland Eugene Moore, of McElhattan, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment -subject other to physical contact and display unauthorized certificate of inspection, waived for court.

-- Zachery Tyler Laubscher, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

-- Larry Eugene Halterman, of Lock Haven, charged as a habitual offender and with driving an unregistered vehicle, withdrawn, and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, moved to non-traffic citation.

-- Mickel Keller, of Lock Haven, charged with open lewdness, waived for court.
