— Charles Allen Wingrove, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving while under the influence with a suspended license, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, disregard for traffic lane (single) and failure to keep right, waived for court.

— Matthew Adam Crow, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.
