Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Adam John Graham, of Lock Haven, charged with child endangerment, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— William Alfred Willits III, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of rape of a mentally disabled person, two counts of aggravated indecent assault-victim suffers mental disability and two counts of sexual assault, held for court.

— Daniel Clayton Dietz, of Shamokin, charged with three counts of burglary-no person present, four counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, three counts of theft of secondary metal, three counts of criminal mischief-damage property and possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, waived for court.

— Tracey Lynn Hill, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-under ring, waived for court.

— Tyler Ray Willits, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

— Jeremy Lee Stahl, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, disregard for traffic lane (single), causing accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, waived for court.

— Joseph P. Robison, Hesston, charged with three counts of child endangerment, driving under the influence-second offense, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and driving with a suspended license, waived for court.

— Troy Lynn Watkins, of Orviston, charged with possession of contraband by inmate-controlled substance, waived for court.

— Aaron Keneth-Bienveni Vicente, of Lock Haven, charged with burglary-no person present, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, criminal trespass-break into structure and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Billy Joe Yednak, of Renovo, charged with disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic citation, and charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, withdrawn.

— Brian Lewis Bower, of Renovo, charged with two counts of harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic citation, and charged with defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupant, withdrawn.
