Vehicle rolls in crash
JERSEY SHORE -- The driver of a 2008 Honda Pilot suffered minor injuries following a one vehicle crash along Rockey Road in Crawford Township on Jan. 2, state police at Lamar said.
At 4:36 p.m., Cody J. Hoffman, 23, of Jersey Shore, was traveling south on the roadway at about 45 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone when he failed to negotiate a left curve and struck an embankment, police said.
Witnesses told police they watched the vehicle roll over before coming to rest on both tires in the opposing lane, police said.
Hoffman was transported to Geisinger Jersey Shore by Lock Haven EMS for his injuries and was cited in relation to driving a vehicle at safe speeds, police said.
