DUI crash
RENOVO -- The driver of a 2015 Ford could face driving under the influence charges following a crash near the intersection of Tamarack and Stoney Run roads, Noyes Township, state police at Lamar said.
The accident occurred on Nov. 24, 2024 at around 8:15 p.m. where the operator, name not listed, was transported to UPMC Williamsport to be treated for her injuries, police said.
Based on evidence and testimony on the scene, it was believed that alcohol consumption is the main cause of the crash, police said.
Any potential charges are pending toxicology reports, police said.
Siblings charged
with harassment
LOCK HAVEN -- A pair of siblings are facing harassment charges following an incident along Lilac Lane in Woodward Township on Dec. 30, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
Police were called to the area at about 3:44 p.m. for reports of an active domestic dispute between siblings.
During the investigation it was determined a 27-year-old woman and 29-year-old woman, both of Lock Haven, were involved in a verbal altercation that became physical, police said.
Victim Rights Guides were issued to both individuals and both were cited for harassment through District Judge Keith Kibler's office, police said.
Minor injuries
LAMAR -- Minor injuries were reported in a two vehicle crash along Interstate 80 East near mile marker 171 in Porter Township on Dec. 23, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
Melissa S. Ujcich, 29, of Racine, Wis., was traveling in the left lane in a 2016 Cadillac ATS when a 2019 Toyota Corolla, driven by Diego D. Mayancela, 32, of Brooklyn, N.Y., turned into the left lane behind the other vehicle, police said.
According to reports, Mayancela failed to slow down for Ujcich, causing his vehicle to rear end the other, police said.
Mayancela told police prior to the crash that Ujcich had hit her brakes beforehand, police said.
One of Mayancela's passengers reported minor injuries as a result of the crash and was transported to UPMC Williamsport by Goodwill Hose EMS, police said.
Mayancela's vehicle was towed from the scene by Tressler's Towing, police said.
Two cited for harassment
LOGANTON -- Two individuals were cited for harassment following an incident along East Winter Road, Greene Township, on Dec. 28, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
At 9:45 p.m., police responded to the location for reports of a physical altercation that occurred between a 61-year-old man and 34-year-old man, both of Loganton.
Harassment citations were filed following the investigation, police said.
Found property
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar were able to return $75 cash which was found at the Millbrook Plaza in Bald Eagle Township on Dec. 30, 2024.
PFA violation
MILL HALL -- An arrest warrant was issued for a 33-year-old Howard man for allegedly violating a Protection from Abuse order in Bald Eagle Township, state police at Lamar said.
The violation occurred on Dec. 24, 2024 at about 3:30 p.m. and involved two victims, a 30-year-old man and 10-year-old boy, both of Lock Haven, police said.
Harassment alleged
BEECH CREEK -- State police at Lamar determined no crime was committed after an incident of alleged harassment was reported in Beech Creek Township on Dec. 23, 2024.
According to police, a woman reported the harassment, but through an investigation it was determined that an argument via text messages occurred between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend, police said.
Further investigation revealed that both parties continued the conversation, meaning no crime was committed, police said.
Diesel pump damaged
LAMAR -- State police at Lamar were called to the TA Travel Center along Nittany Valley Drive in Porter Township on Dec. 26, 2024 for reports of criminal mischief involving a fuel pump.
According to police, between 10 p.m. on Dec. 25 and 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 26, an unknown individual damaged a diesel pump at the service station.
It appeared the individual attempted to pry open the access panel on the fuel pump, causing about $75 in damage, police said.
No video surveillance is available and no neighborhood canvases are available due to the area being located behind the service station, police said.

Domestic incident
RENOVO -- A 41-year-old Chester, Pa., woman was cited for harassment following an incident near the intersection of 7th Street and Huron Avenue in Renovo Borough on Dec. 28, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
Police were called to a domestic dispute at about 3 p.m. which involved the woman and a 38-year-old Macon, Ga., man.
A citation was filed through District Judge Frank Mills' office, police said.
Child endangerment
BEECH CREEK -- State police at Lamar are investigating a report of child endangerment that allegedly occurred on Dec. 18, 2024 in Beech Creek Township.
Medical supply theft
RENOVO -- A package containing $136 worth of medical equipment was stolen from an 80-year-old Renovo woman in December, state police at Lamar said.
The theft occurred between Dec. 18 and Dec. 27 in the area of Gratzmar Avenue, Noyes Township, state police said.
$416 theft
LOCK HAVEN -- Over $400 was reportedly stolen from a 39-year-old Bellefonte man while at an ATM along Nittany Valley Drive, Porter Township, on Dec. 10, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
According to police, the victim utilized an ATM and believed his information was compromised, leading to the loss of $416 by an unknown suspect, police said.
An investigation is ongoing.
DUI crash
CASTANEA -- State police at Lamar are investigating a crash that may have involved driving under the influence.
The crash occurred on Dec. 21, 2024 at about 1:51 a.m. along Paul Mack Boulevard near the state Route 220 entrance and involved a 2002 Toyota 4-Runner, police said.
At the scene, a 22-year-old Williamsport man, who was operating the vehicle, displayed indicators of being under the influence of alcohol, police said.
DUI related charges are currently pending, police said.
Retail theft leads to arrest
MILL HALL -- A 35-year-old Jersey Shore man was arrested and jailed at the Clinton County Correctional Facility for allegedly stealing items from Lowes along Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township, on Nov. 27, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
Police responded to the store at about 8 p.m. for reports of a felony retail theft where Jacob Allison was accused of stealing a grey Free Country hooded sweatshirt, valued at $39.98 and a black Free Country vest, valued at $29.98, police said.
Theft of items
MILL HALL -- A 50-year-old Lock Haven woman was arrested for retail theft following an incident at Walmart along Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township, on Dec. 14, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
Police were called to the store at 5:55 p.m. where Tracey Hill allegedly under rang items that included: Kinetic sand, valued at $14.97; purple and white plush bag, valued at $19.97; HSL Potty Doll Toilet, valued at $9.97; LLP Mama Surprised Guinea Pig, valued at $25; Crayola body care set, valued at $15; and Prism purple cup, valued at $4.88.
During the investigation it was determined Hill had four prior convictions of retail theft and was taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
Drug possession
LOGANTON -- State police at Lamar were called to Water Street in Loganton Borough regarding a Childline report.
An investigation is ongoing into the incident, regarding alleged drug possession, that took place between Oct. 21, 2024 and Dec. 21, 2024, police said.
DUI charge
MONUMENT -- A 31-year-old Blanchard man was charged with driving under the influence following an incident along Beach Street in Liberty Township, Centre County, on Nov. 22, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
A traffic stop was conducted on the driver at 1:38 a.m. where it was determined he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Charges were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright's office, police said.
Marijuana possession
LAMAR -- A 44-year-old Youngstown, Ohio, man was cited for drug possession following a traffic stop along Interstate 80 West, Lamar Township, on Nov. 28, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
The stop occurred at 8:52 a.m. when police observed Title 75 violations committed by the driver of a 2021 Chevrolet, police said.
During the stop, marijuana was observed inside the vehicle, police said.
Charges were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright's office.
One-vehicle crash
LAMAR -- No injuries were reported in a one vehicle crash along Fox Hollow Road in Porter Township on Dec. 20, 2024, state police at Lamar said.
At 10:23 a.m., Benjamin B. Stoltzfus, Jr., 49, of Lamar, was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado when, due to snow and ice, he lost traction on the road's surface and slid into a group of small trees off the right side of the roadway, police said.
The truck was disabled due to the track but neither Stoltzfus or his passenger, a 13-year-old Lamar Township boy, were injured, police said.
The vehicle was towed from the scene by Tressler's Towing.
