Criminal trespass
LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township Police received a report on Dec. 30 at around 4:10 p.m. of a known suspect, who was previously evicted from the property along Crist Lane, allegedly committing defiant trespass by entering the property.
Police said charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
Criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township Police reported an instance of criminal mischief taking place between Dec. 31, 2024 and Jan. 1, 2025 regarding a 2011 Chevy Silverado pickup truck.
Police said the windshield of the vehicle was broken and additional damages by a rock to the vehicle’s hood were reported with an estimated $1,000 in damages.
Theft
FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar reported a theft taking place between Oct. 17 and 18, 2024 in Flemington Borough.
The victim, a 62-year-old Lock Haven male, had a Harbor Freight Motorcycle Jack stolen from him valued at $100, police said.

Found property
LAMAR — State police at Lamar reported on Nov. 14, at approximately 1:53 p.m., a wallet was found in the area of the Flying J at 5609 Nittany Valley Drive, Lamar Township.
Police said the owner was identified and the wallet returned.
Single vehicle accident,
minor injury
PLEASANT GAP — On Dec. 25 at 5:46 p.m., Elaine Muthersbaugh, 74, of Bellefonte, was driving a 2009 Saturn Vue when, for unknown reasons, she drifted off the right side of East College Avenue at its intersection with Maple Lane in Walker Township, according to state police at Rockview.
The vehicle struck a guardrail, causing the airbag to deploy, which resulted in Muthersbaugh sustaining a minor chest injury, police said.
Noise complaint
CENTRE HALL — On Dec. 27 at 8:32 p.m., police responded to The Meadows Psychiatric Center at 132 The Meadows Drive in Potter Township for a report of a noise complaint and disorderly conduct incident, according to state police at Rockview.
Upon arrival, police discovered there were multiple actors involved with this incident, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
Missing person found
MILESBURG — Frances Mottorn, 74, of Bellefonte, who was reported missing on Dec. 25, 2024, was safely located in the Harrisburg area, according to state police at Rockview.
Police said Mottorn had disappeared from Mount Nittany Medical Center between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Christmas day and was believed to be confused or disoriented after she failed to return to her home.
Pennsylvania state police thanked everyone for their assistance in locating Mottorn safely.
Harassment
CENTRE HALL — A 16-year-old boy from Horseheads, Pa. was charged with harassment for making physical contact with a 35-year-old Milroy woman at The Meadows Psychiatric Center in Potter Township on Dec. 20, 2024, at 9:09 p.m., according to state police at Rockview.
Single vehicle accident
SNOW SHOE — Jordan Franks, 20, of Moshannon, was involved in a single vehicle accident after the 2007 Saturn she was operating lost traction after running over loose gravel spread across both lanes of the 600 block of East Sycamore Road in Snow Shoe Township, according to state police at Rockview.
The Saturn crossed the centerline, exiting the road where it then struck a stump, which caused disabling damage, police said.
Police said Franks was uninjured as a result of the crash.
Two vehicle accident,
minor injury
WINGATE — Grayson Walters, 18, of Howard, was rear-ended while driving a 2016 Ford Focus by Heather Fishburn, 55, of Bellefonte, who was operating a 2023 Mazda CX-30 on Dec. 4, according to state police at Rockview.
Police said the Ford had become disabled in a ditch and was partially obstructing the roadway. The collision caused the Mazda to spin around in the roadway, resulting in suspected minor injuries to one or more individuals, police added.
Identify theft
GROVE PARK — on Dec. 12, 2024, a 44-year-old Bellefonte man informed state police at Rockview that he believed his identity was stolen, according to police.
The case has been closed as there are no leads, but will be reopened if new information becomes available, police said.
Indecent assault/harassment
RENOVO — Renovo police have charged a 13-year-old juvenile, of Renovo, with indecent assault and harassment stemming from an incident which occurred at the Bucktail Area High School on Dec. 18, 2024.
Police said the juvenile is alleged to have touched the genitals of another student during school.
The juvenile has been charged through Clinton County Juvenile Court.
