LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- James Carrol Sampson, Jr., of Renovo, charged with four counts of burglary-no person present/not adapted for overnight accomodation, four counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, four counts of theft of secondary metal, four counts of criminal mischief-damage property and possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer number, etc.

-- Kari L. Greenaway, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, held for court.

-- Nathan Miller, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

-- Ashley Mae Ruggiers, of Williamsport, charged with defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.

-- Michael Lee Lucas, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, waived for court.

-- Ruby Caroline Harkey, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Kyle Wayne Winner, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving without headlights and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Stephen Jawork, of Philadelphia, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, violating hazard regulations and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Susan Marie Carr, of Jersey Shore, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

-- Christopher Thomas Caris, of Lock Haven, charged with indecent assault-without consent of others, waived for court.
