No injuries

LOGANTON — The driver of a 2016 Toyota Highlander was not injured in a one vehicle crash along Interstate 80 East near mile marker 185 in Greene Township, state police at Lamar said.

At 1:20 p.m. on Jan. 1, John D. Albert, 75, of Haverford, Pa., was traveling along the roadway when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a guide rail, police said.

After striking the guide rail, Albert’s vehicle spun back onto the shoulder facing west, police said.

The vehicle was removed from the scene by Bressler’s Towing and Albert was cited in relation to driving on roadways laned for traffic, police said.

One vehicle crash

LAMAR — A driver of a 2018 Toyota Highlander fell asleep at the wheel causing a one vehicle accident along Interstate 80 West, Porter Township, on Jan. 11, state police at Lamar said.

Michael J. Tyler, 63, of Center Valley, Pa., was traveling west near mile marker 174 when he drifted asleep, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and strike a guide rail, police said.

Tyler was not injured as a result of the crash and his vehicle was towed from the scene by Tressler’s Towing, police said.

Tyler was cited in relation to driving on roadways laned for traffic as a result of the crash, police said.

Harassment

LOGANTON — An 18-year-old Lock Haven man was cited for harassment following an incident along Snook Lane in Logan Township on Jan. 19, state police at Lamar said.

According to police, Camden Nihart allegedly was involved in the incident of harassment involving a 21-year-old victim.

$61K theft

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar are investigating an over $61,000 theft of products from a woman in Bald Eagle Township.

On Jan. 28 at 1:44 p.m., a 71-year-old Mill Hall woman reported to police that $61,037.81 in Apple products were stolen from her along Nancy Drive, police said.

Two cited for harassment

BEECH CREEK — Two Beech Creek residents were cited with harassment following an incident along Eagle Valley Road, Beech Creek Township, on Feb. 17, state police at Lamar said.

Police were dispatched to a home in the area for a reported domestic dispute at about 4:38 p.m.

During an investigation it was determined a physical altercation occurred and both a 31-year-old woman and 37-year-old man were cited for harassment, police said.

Charges were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.

Drug possession at high school

MILL HALL — A 15-year-old Lock Haven female was cited with drug possession following an incident at Central Mountain High School on Feb. 13, state police at Lamar said.

Police were called to the school along Keystone Central Drive at 12:02 p.m. where the teen was found in possession of a THC vape pen.

The contraband was confiscated by the school resource officer and PSP were notified, police said.

Charges were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.
