Aggravated assault

BELLEFONTE -- A 36-year-old Bellefonte man was investigated by PSP Rockview in connection with an alleged aggravated assault incident on March 4 at 11:50 a.m. on Institution Drive in Benner Township, according to state police at Rockview.

Harassment by prisoner

BELLEFONTE -- On March 5, a 27-year-old Pennsylvania man was taken into custody following an investigation into an alleged harassment incident involving a prisoner in Benner Township, according to state police at Rockview.

DUI

MILESBURG -- A 54-year-old Blanchard man, was allegedly found to be driving under the influence after a traffic stop revealed an open alcohol container within his immediate reach, according to state police at Rockview.

During the traffic stop on March 21 at 6:37 p.m., the man allegedly admitted to consuming the beverage while driving his 2008 Pontiac on the 1000 block of North Eagle Valley Drive in Boggs Township, police said.

Drug possession

BELLEFONTE -- Carlton Harris, 22, of Oakdale, was charged with drug possession after a traffic stop on March 15 that allegedly resulted in the seizure of unspecified illegal drugs, according to state police at Rockview.

Harris was traveling on Interstate 99 in a 2011 silver Hyundai Sonata at the time, police said.

Single-vehicle crash

SPRING MILLS -- Robert Green, Jr., 81, of Spring Mills, was involved in a single-vehicle accident in a 2020 Toyota Avalon along Upper Georges Valley Road in Potter Township on the afternoon of March 20, according to state police at Rockview.

It is unknown if he sustained any injuries, police said.

Firearm theft

TUSSEYVILLE -- An 88-year-old State College man reported to state police that between December 2024 and March 23, 2025, two firearms were taken from his storage unit on Designers Drive in Potter Township, according to state police at Rockview.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.

Three involved in fight

BELLEFONTE -- Angela Waltz, 46; Bronson Tate, 48, and Dustin Waltz, 24, all of Pleasant Gap, were all charged with harassment after allegedly becoming involved in a physical altercation on West College Avenue in Benner Township, according to state police at Rockview.

DUI alleged

PLEASANT GAP -- On Feb. 15, shortly after midnight, a 45-year-old Milesburg woman driving a 2011 Kia Sportage was stopped by state police on the 700 block of Pleasantview Boulevard in Spring Township and taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to state police at Rockview.

Harassment

CENTRE HALL -- On March 27 at 9:14 a.m., state police at Rockview received a report of a harassment incident at The Meadows in Centre Hall, Potter Township, according to state police at Rockview.

A 25-year-old Bradford woman was charged with harassment for allegedly making physical contact with a 17-year-old from Oil City, police said.

Stolen iPhone

CENTRE HALL -- On March 26, state police received a report from a 28-year-old Centre Hall woman who alleged she sold an iPhone but never received the agreed payment of $615, according to state police at Rockview.

Stock fraud

CENTRE HALL -- An 80-year-old Centre Hall man reported that on April 11, 2024 an unknown actor transferred 454 shares of Con Edison stock, valued at $43,000, to an unknown broker without authorization, according to state police at Rockview.
