LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Robert J. Walish III, of Hummelstown, charged with aggravated cruelty to animals-causing serious bodily injury or death, tampering/fabricating physical evidence and abuse of a corpse, waived for court.

— Francis Eugene Lowery, of Renovo, charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Michael Adam Meyer, of Loganton, charged with two counts of child sexual abuse material and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Casey Shay Woods, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

–Xavier Michael Snavely, of Lock Haven, charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, withdrawn, charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment-subject other to physical contact, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, aggravated assault-attempts or causes serious bodily injury and criminal attempted aggravated assault-attempts to cause bodily injury-school, waived for court.

— Brandon L. Bitner, of Mill Hall, charged with false imprisonment and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Brandon L. Bitner, of Mill Hall, charged with four counts of aggravated assault-attempts or causes serious bodily injury, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, four counts of making terroristic threats, four counts of resisting arrest, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts of possessing an instrument of crime with intent, driving at an unsafe speed, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and careless driving, waived for court.

— Shawn Michael Lovett, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, driving with a suspended/revoked license, causing accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property and careless driving, waived for court.

— Colin L. Boone, of Lock Haven, charged with issuing an access device to another who did not authorize its use and theft by unlawful taking-movable property, waived for court.

— Alan K. Jones, of Lock Haven, charged with institutional vandalism of an educational facility, obstructing the administration of law/other government functions and disorderly conduct-obscene language/gesture, waived for court.

— Dawn Marie Raudabaugh, of Lock Haven, charged with defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupant, defiant trespass-posted property and criminal mischief-damage property.

— Larry E. McCloskey, Jr., of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, disregard for traffic lane-single, driving at an unsafe speed, following too closely, failure to use safety belt in a vehicle without doors and failure to keep right, waived for court.

— David G. Houdeshell, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, obscured/covered/inhibited visibility to plate and careless driving, waived for court.

— Destiny May Brennan, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Jacob David Allison, of Jersey Shore, charged with retail theft-take merchandise and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Shaffer Scott Johnson, of Mill Hall, charged with two counts of simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Sara Delasol, of Lock Haven, charged with obstructing emergency services, withdrawn, and charged with disorderly conduct-engage in fighting-moved to non-traffic citation.

— Mariah Carmella Morocko, of Renovo, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.
