LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Charles W. Miller, of Renovo, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, dismissed.

— Kenneth Eugene Orwig, of Renovo, charged with aggravated indecent assault-complainant suffers mental trauma/injury, aggravated indecent assault without consent, four counts of indecent assault of a person with a mental disability, four counts of indecent assault-without consent of other and two counts of indecent exposure, waived for court.

— Teisa Anastasia Meixel, of Lock Haven, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— James Richard Spicer, of Howard, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Denise Larae Wheeler, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disregard traffic lane-single, waived for court.

— Serenity Laine Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with forgery-utters forged writing, theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Paula Lynn Oatman, of Lancaster, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, withdrawn.

— Lindsey Dawn Crawford, of Jersey Shore, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, withdrawn.
