-- Clayton Shane Policastro, charged with violating a Protection from Abuse Order, fined $300 and sentenced to three to six months in a State Correctional Institution.

-- Robert Donn Fenstermacher, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, fined $300, placed on probation for six months and shall serve five days in the Clinton County Day Reporting Center Program.
