Boalsburg man sentenced to state prison in sex assault case

LOCK HAVEN — Colton Clifford Isenberg, 30, of Brush Valley Road, Boalsburg, was sentenced Tuesday by Clinton County President Judge Craig P. Miller on five felony sex offenses. According to a release from District Attorney Dave Strouse’s office via Crimewatch, Isenberg was sentenced to a maximum term of 27 years, with parole eligibility after 62 months.

Isenberg had previously pled guilty in January to one count each of statutory sexual assault, a first degree felony; sexual abuse of children, a second degree felony, possession of child sexual abuse material, a third degree felony; unlawful contact with a minor, a first degree felony and corruption of minors, a third degree felony.

According to the release, Isenberg was originally taken into custody on nine felony counts of statutory sexual assault, seven felony counts child sexual abuse material, nine counts of felony unlawful contact with a minor and 9 felony counts of corruption of minors.

Police received a complaint from the parents of a child under 16 years of age on Sept. 12, 2024, alleging Isenberg had sexual contact with the child, the release said.

The investigation revealed Isenberg sent nude photos of himself to a minor and then had a sexual relationship with the minor in June 2024 until September 2024, according to the release.

Isenberg was taken into custody Oct. 4, 2024.

Mill Hall Borough Police investigated the case and charges were filed by Chief Brandon Coleman.
