LOCK HAVEN — The Woodward Township Police department has reported a brown leather backpack was found along the roadway on South Allegheny Street in Dunnstown on April 4, 2025.
The owner of the bag can claim the bag at the Woodward Township Police Department at 86 Riverside Terrace, Lock Haven, police said.
Open lewdness
MILLHEIM — Kyle Harmon, 45, of Spring Mills, was arrested on March 31 at 4:34 a.m. on the 4500 block of Penns Valley Road in Penn Township after PSP Rockview received reports of a man walking in the roadway in a “lewd state,” according to state police.
Harassment
LOCK HAVEN — The Woodward Township Police Department is investigating a case of harassment involving a victim of Woodward Township who received over 50 anonymous phone calls at all hours of the day and night between March 1 and April 3, 2025.
Theft arrest warrant
DUNNSTOWN — On April 3, an arrest warrant was issued for Aimee Danyell Dixon, 24, for theft of property and receiving stolen property, according to the Woodward Township Police Department.
Dixon allegedly removed an ASUS gaming laptop, valued at $2,200, from a residence on Hickory Drive in Woodward Township and failed to return the computer to the owner after repeated requests, police said.

DUI
LOCK HAVEN — On March 22, at approximately 2:32 p.m., state police at Lamar initiated a traffic stop on a 2009 gray Chevy Equinox in the 100 block of East Water Street, Lock Haven.
According to police, during the investigation it was determined the operator, a 33-year-old Lock Haven male, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Chemical testing was consented to and criminal charges are pending lab results.
Two vehicle collision
MILL HALL — On March 25, at 4:06 p.m., state police were dispatched to a two vehicle crash at Beau Newton Way, about 63 feet south of Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township.
According to police, prior to the collision, both vehicles were stopped in the left turning lane of Beau Newton Way attempting to turn left onto Hogan Boulevard. The collision occurred as a 2007 Jeep Wrangler rear ended a 2019 Dodge Caravan at the red light before the traffic light turned green. The Dodge sustained minor cosmetic damage to the hatch gate. The Jeep had minor damage to the front end. No injuries were reported by either driver. The driver of the Jeep was charged with following too closely.
Retail theft
MILL HALL — On March 20, at 5:30 p.m., state police at Lamar were called to the Walmart in Mill Hall for a report of a retail theft.
Upon investigation, a 35-year-old Renovo male was cited via NTC through District Magistrate 25-3-02 for shoplifting, police said.
According to police, the stolen items were Old Spice deodorant valued at $8.97; a Rawlings baseball glove valued at $24.97; Grill Mates seasoning valued at $1.97; Knorr Rice and Pasta blend valued at $1.28; and a Swiffer Wet Jet cleaner valued at $6.94.
Theft by deception
SNOW SHOE — On March 29, state police at Rockview investigated an incident of theft by deception involving an unknown suspect, victimizing a 55-year-old woman from Snow Shoe Borough, according to state police at Rockview.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
Drug possession
BELLEFONTE — An investigation on March 14 during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Spring Township allegedly revealed that the driver of a gray Volkswagen and their passenger were in possession of a small amount of marijuana, according to state police at Rockview.
